Job description

  • Assist in monthly closing processes.
  • Coordinate with banks, tax authority, external and internal auditors for any requirements.
  • Comply with Company’s policies and procedures.
  • Record supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers and reconciles statements of suppliers.
  • Prepare sale invoices, records receipt vouchers and reconcile statements of suppliers.
  • Maintain fixed assets register and updates additions and disposals.
  • Prepare weekly / monthly bank reconciliations.
  • Maintain and processes petty cash.
  • Process monthly journal vouchers, prepayments and accruals.
  • Process and maintain all tasks related to tax.
  • Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

  • Education Level – Minimum - bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.

Experience

  • 0-3 years of experience is required.

  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Good written and spoken Arabic.
  • Technical/Professional skills and knowledge.
