Job description
- Assist in monthly closing processes.
- Coordinate with banks, tax authority, external and internal auditors for any requirements.
- Comply with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Record supplier invoices, prepare payment vouchers and reconciles statements of suppliers.
- Prepare sale invoices, records receipt vouchers and reconcile statements of suppliers.
- Maintain fixed assets register and updates additions and disposals.
- Prepare weekly / monthly bank reconciliations.
- Maintain and processes petty cash.
- Process monthly journal vouchers, prepayments and accruals.
- Process and maintain all tasks related to tax.
- Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.
Qualifications
- Education Level – Minimum - bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent.
Experience
- 0-3 years of experience is required.
Competencies
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good written and spoken Arabic.
- Technical/Professional skills and knowledge.
- Problem solving.
- Process orientation.
- Managing Risk.
