Job description

• Assist in the installation and setup of ventilation, refrigeration, and other mechanical systems.
• Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Ensure all equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently.
• Perform electrical work according to established standards and specifications.
• Prepare material lists for electrical work as required.
• Execute plumbing and masonry tasks as instructed, maintain plumbing-related items, and report status to the supervisor.
• Supervise electrical work carried out by sub-contractors.
• Conduct electrical maintenance of allocated buildings or areas, including wiring, telephone cabling, and indoor A/C systems.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance work as required.
• Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes.
• Collaborate effectively and cooperatively with other team members.
• Adhere to all quality, health, safety, and environmental procedures to ensure employee safety, product/service quality, and environmental compliance.
• Perform daily equipment checks to ensure smooth operation of machinery.
• Coordinate with suppliers and follow up on equipment-related requirements.
• Conduct routine maintenance for all machinery.
• Carry out any other activities as and when required by the reporting manager.

Qualifications

• Minimum - Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience

• 0-3 years in the field.

• القيام بصيانة كهربائية للمباني أو المناطق المخصصة، بما في ذلك الأسلاك، والكابلات الهاتفية، وأنظمة التكييف الداخلية.
• الاستجابة الفورية لأعمال الصيانة الطارئة عند الحاجة.
• إنجاز المهام الموكلة ضمن الإطارات الزمنية المحددة.
• التعاون والعمل بشكل فعّال مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين.
• الالتزام بجميع إجراءات الجودة والصحة والسلامة والبيئة لضمان سلامة الموظفين وجودة المنتج/الخدمة والامتثال البيئي.
• إجراء فحوصات يومية للمعدات لضمان سير العمل بسلاسة.
• التنسيق مع الموردين والمتابعة بشأن متطلبات المعدات.
• القيام بأعمال الصيانة الروتينية لجميع الآلات.
• تنفيذ أي مهام أخرى يُكلف بها من قبل المدير المباشر.

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو ما يعادلها.

الخبرة:

• من 0 إلى 3 سنوات في المجال.

المهارات والكفاءات:

• معرفة قوية بالأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية.
• مهارة في استكشاف الأعطال والصيانة الوقائية.
• القدرة على تحليل وحل مشكلات المعدات بكفاءة.
• إجادة قراءة الرسومات الفنية والمستندات التقنية.
• مهارات جيدة في التخطيط وإدارة الوقت والتنظيم.
